Learning Outcomes – Bachelor of Physics Education

The Learning Outcomes of the Physics Education Study Program consist of four aspects: Attitudes (S), General Skills (KU), Specific Skills (KK), and Knowledge (P). These CPL (Learning Outcomes) are created by referring to Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation No. 53 of 2023, by taking into account:

  1. The vision and mission of UNPAR, the vision and mission of FKIP UNPAR, and the vision and mission of the Physics Education study program at UNPAR;
  2. The Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) Level 6;
  3. The development of science and technology, which includes data literacy, technology literacy, human literacy, as well as 21st-century skills;
  4. The required job competencies of the workforce;
  5. The scientific domain of the study program from the Physics Education association (PSI);
  6. The main competencies of the study program graduates; and
  7. The curriculum of similar study programs.

The Graduate Learning Outcomes of the Physics Education Program are outlined in the following table:

2Able to evaluate scientific and artistic works interdisciplinarily based on truth (verum), goodness (bonum), and beauty (pulchrum). (CPL 4)
3Able to apply logical, critical, creative, and innovative thinking in solving scientific problems, as well as managing self-directed learning, communicating effectively, and making honest decisions in the context of work and the development of science while observing humanitarian values and scientific ethics. (CPL 5)
Kompetensi Khusus (KK) / Specific Competence1Able to apply pedagogical concepts, implement Physics learning, and develop learning tools based on instructional design principles, physics material characteristics, student characteristics, and technological developments by training 21st-century skills. (CPL 6)
2Able to apply critical and creative thinking in developing effective problem-solving strategies in the understanding of physics concepts. (CPL 7)
3Able to use research skills to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology to solve problems and improve the quality of Physics learning through research. (CPL 8)
4Able to manage resources and make strategic decisions related to classrooms, physics laboratories, and educational institutions, in the context of implementing learning and entrepreneurship based on studies of quality, relevance, and access issues within and/or outside the educational field both independently and collaboratively. (CPL 9)
Pengetahuan (P) / Knowledge1Able to master pedagogy and integrate Physics Content, Pedagogy, and Technology (TPACK) for effective contextual physics learning. (CPL 10)
2Able to master physics and science concepts comprehensively, deeply, and creatively by utilizing mathematical science. (CPL 11)
3Able to apply research methodology to improve the quality of Physics learning in schools and solve problems in the field of physics education. (CPL 12)
4Able to master management and entrepreneurship theories, especially in the field of education, by utilizing information and communication technology. (CPL 13)
